Our Skillsoft training trusted by...
At the very heart of the Learning People is our desire to be a socially conscious organisation that looks after the needs of our students, our staff, our partners and our local community.
Through that desire, we have been active in a variety of social programs, including Off The Bench where we worked alongside Totaljobs and Skillsoft in offering twelve out of work people free training and career advice.
Our staff frequently support charities as individuals and are fully supported by the company, such as Olivia’s freefall for UNICEF, Nick's 5K Heroes run, and Patrick competing in the London Marathon.
We also support local charity Brighton Unemployed Centre Families Project by offering marketing advice and guidance, voluntary time, and even gifts and food for their Christmas children's party.
Set up in 1981, the centre is run by a small dedicated team and passionate volunteers.
Providing practical support, education, and recreation for the poorly housed or unwaged people and families of Brighton, the centre is a hub of activity for the local community, and is something the Learning People is proud to be a part of.
