Six Sigma Green Belt training course
Originally developed in 1986 by Motorola, Six Sigma is a set of tools and strategies that improve process management. Such as the DMAIC – Define Measure Analyse Improve and Control – model, which is the foundation of Six Sigma.
Green Belt is the first rung on the Six Sigma ladder and you will be working with Black Belt specialists – assisting with data collection and analysis.
This course will examine how Six Sigma and Lean help organisations achieve their strategic goals and why so many successful organisations attribute their success to them.
This training course is aligned to the ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt certification exam and is designed to assist learners as part of their exam preparation.
