Established in 1989, PRINCE2 is seen as the de facto standard of project management throughout the UK and is used by the Government.

The PRINCE2 methodology is often used in the public sector, offering process based best practice guidance on project management.

PRINCE2 focuses on business justification, defined organisation structures, product based planning approaches, implementing stages and a degree of flexibility appropriate for the level of the project.
